Position title:   Support Specialist/Trainer
Department:     Technical Support

Full time positions available for individuals with PC HW/SW experience. Individuals must have the knowledge of Windows® 98/2000/XP and Windows® 2000/2003 Server. Background in Body Shop Management a plus.
Job Functions:
Provide end user support for all software and hardware via telephone.
Record all telephone calls in a help desk system.
Process appropriate support forms (repair orders, requests, etc...).
Provide customer follow-up on unresolved issues.
Perform system configuration and setup.
Must be willing to travel at minimum 1 week per month.
Qualifications:
Formal training in computers preferred or work experience providing equivalent knowledge.
One to two years experience in computer support; telephone support preferred. Must include experience in configuring a variety of PC hardware and software.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic PC hardware maintenance.
Knowledge of a wide variety of personal computers, software packages, and related hardware/software.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to exert up to 70 pounds of force to lift and move materials.
Ability to stoop, crouch, reach, lift, walk and grasp in order to move materials for configuration and shipping purposes.
